Warranty Information
Zoll-Dental's warranty covers all of our instruments for 100% of all material failure. Material failure is defined as any defect, pitting, corroding, or breakage due to a fault in the steel or handle of an instrument. Any instrument found to have these types of defects will be replaced. Zoll-Dental's warranty does not cover instruments that break due to overuse or improper use, improper cleaning or sterilization (that is, sterilizing with bad water or at too high a temperature), improper sharpening, or normal wear and tear (this includes instruments that have been dropped).

Returns may be arranged via phone or mail. You will receive cash credit for unused items returned within 30 days of customer receipt. For items returned between 31 days and one year of recepit, you will receive credit toward new purchases.

NON-DEFECTIVE, USED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. If there is an item you have purchased that you do not like for any reason, you may return any unused portion for refund within the parameters of the Zoll-Dental return policy.

Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped via UPS Ground Service (fees based on package weight and value). Second-Day or Overnight shipments are available for an extra charge (dependent on product availability).
Orders over $575.00 receive

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via Priority Mail unless Second-Day Air or Overnight service is requested for an additional charge.

Any out-of-country shipments will be quoted on a package-to-package basis. Out-of-country orders are not eligible for free shipping.
