Shipping A ($0.00 – $25.00) = $14.00 
Shipping B ($25.01 – $50.00) = $16.50 
Shipping C ($50.01 – $100.00) = $17.75 
Shipping D ($100.01 – $200.00) = $19.25 
Shipping E ($200.01 – $300.00) = $22.00 
Shipping F ($300.01 – $575.00) = $23.00 
Free Shipping ($575.01 and up) = Free
